About Us

More than 95% of our practice is in collections, loss recovery or allied areas of practice. We have chosen to concentrate our practice in the representation of creditors. Altogether, we have over twenty five years experience in the field. We represent banks, credit unions, credit card issuers, mortgage lenders, hospitals and medical providers, insurance companies, finance companies, currency exchanges, collection agencies, and major corporations.

Unlike most firms in our field, we have both trial and collection experience, having handled and tried hundreds of cases. As a result, we can obtain the judgment and collect it too. Because of our background in Bankruptcy, we can even collect after a Bankruptcy Petition is filed in some instances. We also have extensive experience with the court-annexed Mandatory Arbitration systems of all the Northern Illinois counties as well as Arbitration Forums, Inc.

In addition, we handle cases throughout the Midwest and the nation. If the case is too far for us to personally handle or we are not licensed in that jurisdiction, we find local co-counsel to make appearances at no additional fee to you wherever possible. Furthermore, through our national network of experienced attorneys we pursue parties and enforce your rights nationwide.
